RESIDENCES

This collection of 63 residences redefines luxury living in Scottsdale. Interiors flow seamlessly to expansive terraces connecting homeowners to the mountain landscape and surrounding views. From one bedroom plus den to three bedroom plus dens, plans range in size from 1,500 to over 4,800 square feet. Solid interior doors and hardwood throughout each home resonate quality, and every great room features custom millwork and a signature Olson Kundig fireplace. On terraces, built-in barbecues and custom fire tables add elegance and ease when entertaining.

INSPIRED WELCOME

A hallmark of Olson Kundig style, the entrance to your home is not simply an entry door; it’s an experience of arrival. Custom woodwork, Tom Kundig Collection metal hardware, and ambient lighting make a statement of quality and tactile warmth. Once inside, hardwood flooring flows from entry vestibule into your home.

OUTDOOR SPACES PAY HOMAGE TO THE DESERT

Ten foot glass walls open to create seamless indoor/outdoor living. On terraces, refined cooking and outdoor fire features create exceptional spaces for entertaining. Exterior screens and carefully placed patio walls guide the nuanced transition between public and private spaces. On ground-floor residences, native plantings beautifully frame inviting and intimate outdoor living areas.

BULTHAUP KITCHENS FOR PRECISION PERFORMANCE

The kitchen designs are a unique collaboration between Olson Kundig and bulthaup, with state-of-the-art Sub-Zero and Wolf “Contemporary” Series appliances. Each home features full-height wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and an aluminum island, while optional upgrades include pull-out pantries, small appliance garages, and wine fridges.

THE BATHROOM AS A WORK OF ART

Primary bathrooms feature a full-height, glass-enclosed shower, free-standing tub, and generous walk-in closet. Interior design honors Camelback by introducing stone in primary bathroom showers and vanities.

Stonework nods to the mountain’s geology.
The primary ensuite's shower features a tiled bench, product niche, and Waterworks fixtures that merge beautiful form and immaculate function.

WATERWORKS: 40 YEARS OF IMPECCABLE STYLE

Fixtures from Waterworks Bond collection add sleek, modern sculptural elements to bathrooms. The Collection represents a level of soul and artistry rarely found in modern bath design. Highly versatile, it inhabits the full range of modern style, from the austerity of disciplined minimalism to the relaxed appeal of warm contemporary.

THE TOM KUNDIG COLLECTION: HARDWARE AS ARCHITECTURE

Architectural detail weaves through the interiors in the form of Tom Kundig Collection, where Olson Kundig’s signature precision and craft is embodied in cabinet pulls, rollers, door handles, and other features. The collection intentionally celebrates the moments where homeowners touch and physically engage with their homes.

The Tom Kundig Collection represents my interest in a holistic approach to architecture. There’s often an assumption that architecture is about larger, more flamboyant responses, but I don’t think that’s necessarily true. I believe a true architectural experience is one that operates on both a macro and a micro scale.
